The 2019 Inspiring Young Talent Award recognizes Mandarin Oriental Barcelona, who has been recruiting students from Les Roches Marbella since its opening in Paseig de Gracia almost 10 years ago. Over the years, they have visited our campus on numerous occasions. During this time, we have forged a relationship of trust and loyalty, which has resulted in efficiency, satisfaction, and invaluable internship opportunities for our students.
Many students from across the three Les Roches campuses in Switzerland, Spain, and China have either trained, worked, or are currently employed and leading important positions within Mandarin Oriental Barcelona. This goes without mentioning the numbers of students and alumni who have developed their careers at other Mandarin Oriental hotels around the world.
We wish to extend our deepest gratitude to Mandarin Oriental Barcelona for providing so many opportunities for our students to grow professionally during the past decade and we are excited to continue our relationship for many years to come.
It was an honor to present the award to Mandarin Oriental during Les Roches Marbella’s 53rd Closing Ceremony on June 28th, 2019, during which Ms. Jacqueline Moyse, Vice President of Organizational Development at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, both delivered this year’s commencement speech and received the award on behalf of the hotel.
