If you’re thinking about a career in hospitality management, there’s no better way to get a taste for this amazing industry than a Summer Program at Les Roches.

These tailor-made summer sessions are crammed full of fun and learning – both on and off-campus. You’ll be taught hospitality arts by our expert faculty and go behind the scenes at world-class hotels, to see for yourself how hospitality magic is made.

We offer programs for two age groups – 15-17 year-olds and 18-26 year-olds – with one and two-week packages available.

Hospitality Discovery – for 15-17 year-olds

Chose between our campuses in Switzerland and Spain to enjoy a week – or two – packed full of unforgettable experiences. You’ll discover modern hospitality, experience new cultures and make memories, and friendships, that will last a lifetime.

Requirements
  • Aged between 15 and 17 years old. If you are 18 or more, please check out the Hospitality Experience Summer Program
  • Valid passport and valid health insurance
  • English language qualifications: if English is not your first language, or if you have not spent the last 2 years studying in a school where English is the primary language of instruction, please enclose a copy of one of the following:

International English Language Test (IELTS): 4.5
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 50 (internet-based)
First Cambridge Exam (FCE): Grade C

A letter of recommendation attesting to your level of English from a high school teacher or your Les Roches Education Counsellor will also be accepted

In case of cancellation, we will refund the total amount of the program if the cancellation is made prior to 31st May 2025 in writing to the Admissions Department. 50% of the full amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the start of the program. No refund will apply if the cancellation occurs after this date.
