Study at three campuses for a uniquely global experience

The Diploma of Advanced Studies in Private Aviation Management features elements delivered in all three of our international campus locations.

You will be based in Marbella and Crans-Montana for the taught modules of the program, while your internship will be located in UAE. During this time, you will also continue your studies for two weeks at the Abu Dhabi campus.

As well as offering a chance to experience life in highly contrasting destinations, you will also enjoy ready access to three of the world’s primary hubs for private flying: Abu Dhabi, Geneva-Swiss Alps, and Málaga-Costa del Sol. Only Les Roches has the international campus portfolio to facilitate this unique and personally rewarding feature of the program.

In the unlikely event that exceptional or unforeseen circumstances prevent the two-week study period in Abu Dhabi from taking place, the institution will ensure that students are offered an alternative immersion experience of equivalent academic value.

Your internship with Jetex

A key feature of the program is a six-month internship with Jetex, an award-winning global leader in private travel for corporate, commercial and personal air travel. Jetex provides exceptional private terminals (FBOs), lifestyle concierge and aircraft charter services, as well as fueling, ground handling and global trip planning.

Alternative internship pathways

Students who are not selected by Jetex for the internship component will continue to progress through the program and will be supported in securing alternative internship opportunities within the private aviation and hospitality ecosystem.

Les Roches provides guidance and support in identifying and applying for placements with private aviation companies, aviation service providers, catering companies, and other related organizations. While every effort is made to support students throughout this process, internship placements are subject to each company’s individual selection criteria and cannot be guaranteed.

Internship opportunities include the following department:

  • Guest Experience & Butler
  • Crew Handling
  • F&B
  • Belldesk and Private Chauffeur
  • Flight Coordination and Operations
  • Charter Sales and Lifestyle

Visa requirements and application support

Students are required to obtain and maintain the appropriate visa and immigration documentation for the duration of the program. In particular, a valid Spanish student visa is mandatory, as it enables participation across the program’s international campuses.

Les Roches will provide guidance and support throughout the visa application process to help students navigate the requirements with confidence.
