It is true; there will be no more roll calls, no more kitchen duties, no more exams and no more sleepless nights. However, the innumerable lessons learned while studying at Les Roches Marbella have given them the discipline and determination they will need to face new challenges in their future hospitality management careers.
Of equal importance to the multitude of professional skills these graduates have acquired during their university studies, is the multicultural experience they have shared with one another. This class represents 28 countries from around the world and they have all come together as one to work as a team, to live together, and to form lifelong friendships that extend far beyond the Les Roches Marbella campus.
Many of the graduates will now journey abroad seeking to build their careers in the world’s finest hotels. They are now part of an exclusive network of over 3,000 other Les Roches Marbella graduates who work in hotels around the world as departmental managers, supervisors, general managers, events coordinators, human resources managers, entrepreneurs, etc. They too are now Les Roches Marbella Alumni.
This is an exciting moment for each of them. They are entering the hospitality industry at a time when it is experiencing significant and lasting growth that demands highly qualified professionals. This is a time when the hospitality industry is being revolutionized by technology, communication and international travel potential. They are all perfectly prepared to take advantage of the many opportunities that will arise in years to come. These 93 graduates are the future of international hospitality and we are proud to have such bright and ambitious young professionals to carry the spirit of Les Roches Marbella with them as they lead the industry to even greater heights.
We wish all of them the best of luck as they begin this new chapter in their lives and to always remember, they are Les Roches Marbella.
