Packed with high level business and management content, including marketing, modelling, analytics and leadership behaviors.
Term 1 (3 months):
Focuses on international hotel management essentials, including human resources, business strategy, project management and real estate/investment. Concludes with hospitality business capstone project.
An optional six-month professional internship provides an opportunity to apply everything you have learned in class.
You’ll study remotely, and be able to attend on-campus one-week sessions. The rest of the time, our teachers will be at your disposal.

6 sessions over 9 months:
You will assist to 4 one-week on-campus learning experiences over the first semester, and 2 one-week sessions for the following term.
4 sessions over 9 months:
You can opt to come to campus for 2 sessions. In the first semester you’ll have X one-week learning experiences, and 2 one-week sessions over the 3-month term.

Classes are available 24/7 for you to learn at your own pace.
You can speak directly with faculty through a weekly tutorial offered twice within the same day to accommodate all our students in different time zones.
This online version of the Executive Master’s is divided into 8 modules. Every month, you’ll complete a module comprised of two subjects, and in the final month you’ll finish your hospitality business capstone project.
You can opt to join on-campus classes for two one-week sessions. During these sessions you’ll be able to network and experience the Les Roches Way of Life.
While you are with us on campus, our Careers Development and Industry Placement (CDIP) team will help you to plot your future career path.
You will also be able to build your industry network and make new connections, with around 200 companies visiting our campuses each year – in person or virtually – to engage with, and recruit, our students
This Master’s incorporates an optional 6-month professional internship, where you can develop your hotel management expertise in a real-world environment – while building your all-important industry network.
You can complete this internship at your present employer, or we will support you in arranging an internship that builds on the Master’s program content.
Must be proficient in English for higher education studies. English language exam scores (issued in the last 12 months) are required from candidates who are not native English speakers, or who have not spent the lastyears in full-time English education.
