Thanks to the success of Hot.es and as part of our ongoing expansion, last week we announced an agreement to acquire the last minute travel app ReallyLateBooking based in Madrid, Spain. ReallyLateBooking were the pioneers of last minute hotel booking in Europe and their mobile app has been downloaded more the 300,000 times.
This acquisition, once complete, will make Hot.es the undisputed leader of last minute mobile hotel booking in Europe. Also, with this acquisition, Hot.es takes an active role in the ongoing consolidation of the mobile last minute hotel booking market in Europe.
