Notably, the hospitality & tourism industry currently accounts for 9.5% of the global GDP, employs roughly 266 million people, and for every US $1 million invested there are 50 new jobs created. Additionally, the World Travel & Tourism Council predicts growth to continue at a pace of 4.3% annualy over the next decade.
