Good afternoon, future and current students of Les Roches. I am delighted to come back to you with a new blog concerning significant and dazzling topic of the beginning of a new semester at Les Roches Marbella.
As you are now back on campus, you have already settled down and now it’s time to think about what your future holds.
The Ambassador Program’s goal is to develop a network within students who embody what it truly means to be a part of Les Roches Marbella. If you are a passionate, goal-orientated and open-minded student of ANY program at our university, you are the perfect candidate to join the Ambassador Team.
What is waiting for you in this adventure?
- The chance to participate in unique and private events at our university.
- Being a face and representative of one of the top Hospitality Universities in the world. Promote Les Roches both internally and externally, meeting with potential students and their parents, talk about your experience, etc.
- Chance to know such pro-active students as you! As you know, there is a selection process to join the Ambassador Team, the best of the best gets in. Thus, you will have the opportunity to get to know and work with motivated students. This is called networking and communication (one of the reasons you chose Les Roches).
Now, if you know that these qualities match you, it’s time to make a first move. As you’re aware of, the Student Services team have sent an invitation to sign up for the Program for this semester.
There are certain requirements that students must meet in order to apply. This is your time to shine! I want to share with you little tips and tricks that might help you to get the best result.
Be yourself
It is very to say so, but do you know what does it really mean? You have a chance to show your strengths. Think about what makes you stand out from others. Maybe you practice a professional sport and you want to create your own Sport Club? Maybe you are passionate about organizing events and you have various ideas what events to implement on campus. Think about your personality, your hobbies and make them shine through your presentation.
Why did you choose Hospitality Industry?
You all have made a big decision in life – to pursue a career in hospitality. What influenced your decision? Has any of your parents had their career path in Hospitality? Express your passion and desire. Why you want to study hospitality managemnet and what do you think is waiting for you once you graduate?
Why Les Roches?
You have been chosen to be a part of Les Roches community; you will forever carry the prestigious name of our school.
Why have you chosen Les Roches? What was your inspiration? Try to think how did you first hear about it and what did you think? Did you hear about it from Les Roches Ambassador? Maybe, you have visited the university during the Open Day, if so, then, what did you think of it when you were having a campus tour?
These memories will help you remember the most important core memories of what Les Roches means to you, what values does it have?
With these 3 main topics, you would be able to focus your essay and video on your uniqueness as an individual as well as desire and passion to become a part of Les Roches Ambassador Team.
Remember that student life passes instantly. Try your best to make the best memories of such golden times.
