Our ongoing global online hotel competition, You Are 5 Stars, has entered the final stages and we now have six global finalists who are entering the last personal interview stage before the overall winner is chosen. Meanwhile, we offered all current students of Laureate Hospitality Education schools around the world to participate by promoting the competition across their social media networks. The on-campus competition gave Les Roches Marbella students the chance to have their names placed in a drawing upon completion. The prize: an iPad.
Each participant was asked to actively “Like, Share and Comment” on the competition through Facebook. Their efforts helped introduce their friends and family to the exciting profession of hospitality management and now that the initial phases are completed, we are excited to finally announce the lucky student who will be taking home an iPad.
Director of Student Services, Mr. Mano Soler, recently held the drawing on the campus garden terrace together with Mr. Miguel Quiles, Online Marketing Assistant. To decide the winner, they placed the names in a trademark red Les Roches Marbella hand bag, mixed them up , and randomly pulled out the name of the lucky winner listed below.
