The world-renowned Les Roches MBA is now available in a flexible, Executive format. This enables you to study while remaining in your current role; learning at a pace you can balance with your professional commitments.
Four online modules combine topics which are key components of a modern hospitality leader’s toolkit. They include digital transformation, sustainability, revenue and demand management, data analytics, corporate finance, organizational change management, and much more.
You will also experience two intensive residential weeks, comprising face-to-face classes, workshops and field visits – the first at our Crans-Montana campus and the second in Dubai. These crucial weeks enable you to build lasting relationships with your leadership-level peer group.

The key to this program is its flexibility, enabling you to balance your learning with the demands of your professional role.
If things get too hectic, you have the option to postpone specific taught modules should you need to.
You can then join one of the next teaching cycles of that module, completing your studies outside of the standard 1-year timeframe.
Throughout the program, you will undertake 14-18 hours of study per week.
The curriculum is taught through high quality digital courses, which use different approaches, as well as a range of smart tools and applications, to ensure a rich, varied and highly interactive experience.
The free-to-use tools will assist you in areas such as project planning, presentations and data visualization.
The courses are accompanied by expert masterclasses, panel discussions and networking opportunities.
At the end of the four taught modules, you will undertake a fully supported applied business project, to be completed within four months.

Bachelor’s degree desirable.
A copy of academic credentials (Bachelor Degree, final official transcript for the full degree program). The school accepts documents in English, or one of the Swiss national languages, i.e. French, German and Italian. If not, an official notarized translation in English will be required.
Work experience:
Minimum eight years of professional experience.
English Entry Requirements:
Must be proficient enough for higher education studies. English language exam
scores (issued within 24 months prior to the intended intake) are required for
non-native speakers, or those who have not spent at least 2 years working in a
company where English is the primary language prior to the intake.
