At the moment, I am living in Central London and working for a 5 star Hotel called The Landmark London.
As part of the Leading Hotels of the World distinction, it is truly a prestigious hotel and a fantastic place to begin my career. Not only do they care about their guests but they have recently won the Investors in People Gold Award which places emphasis on career development and talent retention. The range of benefits they offer and the pride you feel working in this hotel are truly phenomenal.
It was thanks to Les Roches Marbella that I had the opportunity to secure this graduate training position with The Landmark London as it was the CDIP Department who organized for the hotel to come and visit the campus. Like The Landmark London,
Les Roches Marbella also invests in people, in this case they invest in their students. At our campus you will find that all the teachers are truly involved in the students’ growth and they are continuously motivating and bringing out the best in each of the students.
My journey began with Les Roches Marbella and even though my academic career with Les Roches Marbella has ended, the journey is still ongoing as the knowledge and practice I received in those years will never fade.
Food for thought from someone undertaking management training in a big city: People in London, or who come to London, tend to travel a great deal and through their experience as guests in hotels, they can easily tell who has specialized in this career. I thank Les Roches Marbella because the do a great job in setting their students apart by making them the “apple of the guest’s eye”.
