The Career Development Department (CDD) at Les Roches Marbella works throughout the year to provide students and alumni with important hotel industry contacts around the world. Internships are an important component of our training methodology and they lead to building a well-rounded education that encompasses real-world experience. This experience is a valuable asset when they enter into the highly competitive global hotel industry after graduation. Undergraduate students undertake a minimum of two six-month training periods while postgraduate students are required to complete one six-month internship, often times within a structured “Manager In Training” program.
The CDD maintains relationships with top hotels around the world who actively visit and recruit both students and alumni of Les Roches Marbella.
