As the title of this article states, Nicolas Chaudet is Les Roches Marbella. We say this because we understand that it takes much more than the academic facilities to deliver an outstanding education in hospitality management; just as important are the bright young minds that take advantage of the skills and knowledge we provide in the lecture room. Enter Nicolas Chaudet.
Nicolas came to Les Roches Marbella in 2009 with one objective – to gain the know-how and hands-on experience needed to become a successful hospitality professional. His focus and determination carried him through three and a half years of learning the ins and outs of the hospitality industry both at school and during his international internships at leading hotels abroad. Furthermore, he served as a Student Ambassador and in this role he continually exhibited the true spirit of Les Roches Marbella wherever he went. Today, Nicolas holds an honored BBA in Hospitality Management and is well on his way to success with his first professional opportunity at Starwood’s five-star W Doha Hotel in Qatar.
We were lucky enough to catch him on camera throughout his time at Les Roches Marbella and the video below shows his evolution from year one right up to December, 2012 when he graduated. In his own words, Nicolas depicts his experience studying a BBA in Hospitality Management and tells of how it has helped him achieve his goals so far.
