What is a Diploma in Hospitality Management?

The Diploma in Hospitality Management at Les Roches is a one semester (six months) study program designed to provide career changers and new entrants to the industry with a comprehensive foundation in hospitality business management.

It includes a business field trip and, at the end of your taught semester, you will undertake a six-month professional internship or business research project.

What skills will I gain from a Diploma in Hospitality Management?

If you do not have prior hospitality experience, it’s recommended to start with a pre-sessional Hospitality Immersion Program (HIP) that will introduce you to the operational side of the business.
