Michael brings more than 10 years of experience in HR and hospitality management; experience he shares as a Professor and corporate trainer. These roles enable him to fulfil his passion for teaching and mentoring, especially to young people seeking to pursue careers in hospitality.
He also acts as a senior headhunter and candidate advisor who helps individuals to find the best fit for their culture and needs.
As a Doctor in Tourism, Michael is currently undertaking a Ph.D. in inclusive and sustainable development, focusing on the labor insertion of people with health conditions or impairments into the hospitality industry. He sees his mission as being to help people find their purpose and create their career paths, while also helping companies to promote diversity and social responsibility in the workplace.

Julio was born in Marbella, but he has lived and worked in countries including Switzerland, the UK, Sweden, Tanzania, Greece, Thailand, Cambodia and Nicaragua. He held the role of operations manager for a variety of hotels and F&B companies, after which he opened several F&B businesses around the world.
He then returned home to join Les Roches Marbella as a Lecturer, aiming to fulfil his ambition to encourage young, passionate hospitality professionals to follow their dreams of working for leading hospitality companies or opening their own businesses.

Gilda graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Les Roches, having studied at both Marbella and Crans-Montana campuses. She started as a teacher and supervisor in the on-campus F&B outlet in 2001. Marius teaches a variety of Rooms Division operations and management courses for undergraduate and master students at Les Roches. He guides students on completing dissertations and applied projects. His industry experience includes training and operations in 5-star independent properties, chain hotels and institutions, in countries like Greece, Unites States, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, P.R. China, and his home country, Romania. He holds a masters’ in Business Administration.

Rocío Montero is a hotel operations and sales specialist that joined Les Roches in 2013, after 12 years’ experience in hotels. Prior to her academic career, she worked for NH Hotels, Eurostars Hotels and independent hotels as rooms division manager and cluster revenue manager among other positions related to sales and operations.

Born in Argentina, Lucio discovered his passion for the hospitality industry soon. Two years before finishing his degree in Hospitality Management, he began his path in Four Seasons. He polished and improve his skills with Hyatt, in addition to provide him the opportunity to work in different departments as well as being part of several programs of training and development.
Once in Spain, he continued his career in Spanish hotels chains such as Meliá and Hoteles Santos before taking up his position of BBA1 Program Coordinator & Rooms Division and Human Resources Lecturer at Les Roches Marbella.

Susana has been teaching marketing at Les Roches Marbella since 2012. Prior to joining Les Roches she developed her professional career in Spain and the United States. Her last position before joining Les Roches was as a Hotel and Spa Manager at a five-star golf resort in the south of Spain.
Among others, Susana is responsible for the management of digital resources for education, as well as technological innovation on campus focused on the hospitality industry and entrepreneurship.

Raúl has been teaching Hospitality Management since 2007, covering a range of subjects at vocational and academic levels up to Master’s standard. Since his move to Spain in 2019 he has taught at both Endicott International University and Schiller University before taking up his current position of Graduate Program Manager at Les Roches.
