International Hospitality Best Practices in Customer Service
In this course, you’ll explore the art of exceptional customer service within the realm of global hospitality. From personalized interactions to seamless service delivery, you will cultivate the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in customer service.

Immersive field visits
For this program, your industry exposure comes from a series of visits to important F&B industry players in Europe.
During these visits, you will meet and interact with businesses representing the complete F&B chain, allowing you to discover more about international hospitality best practices, food and beverage concept development, operational trends, and digital marketing strategies.
It’s a chance to connect what you learn in class to the strategic and operational realities you’ll encounter in your professional career, while also growing your industry network

Final semester Internship or Business Research Project
At the end of your taught semester you can choose between a professional internship or Business Research Project to earn your diploma.

Internship
Your six-month professional internship will place you directly into a hospitality setting, enabling you to put to the test what you learned in the previous semester.
This is our recommended option if you did not have significant hospitality industry experience before joining the program.
