What is a diploma in food and beverage management?
A Diploma in F&B Entrepreneurship and Management at Les Roches is a one semester (six months) study program that looks at food & beverage (F&B) operations from the ground up, with modules dedicated to concept development, operational management, customer service, marketing strategies, and much more.
You’ll discover how F&B provides a crucial revenue stream to many hotels, as well as being an attractive platform for entrepreneurship through standalone restaurants and bars. The program includes immersive field visits and, at the end of your taught semester, you will undertake a six-month professional internship or applied research project.
