Coinciding with the dates of the FITUR international tourism fair, Les Roches Marbella alumni held their first meeting of 2015 in the newly renovated conference rooms of Hotel AC Cuzco by Marriott, which is managed by LRM graduate, Juan Montesinos Santander. The event was attended by more than 40 alumni of various promotions and who hold a variety of management positions in hotels around Spain. Businessmen, entrepreneurs, CEOs, assistant managers, revenue managers, sales managers, and F&B managers are but some of the posts currently occupied by the attendees.
Taking advantage of the Madrid meeting, I had the pleasure of having lunch at TAVICO, a restaurant whose owner graduated from Les Roches Marbella and where we had a wonderful opportunity to taste all of the kitchen’s specialties. Later on, we were invited to dinner at Astrolabius, directed by Miguel Hevia also a graduate of LRM. Miguel and his restauante offered an impromptu cocktail with high quality products to several of the alumni attending the reunion.
