The Association of Entrepreneurs and Professionals, CIT Marbella, in its bid to improve the professional skills of workers in the area, is organizing the workshop series in collaboration with Les Roches Marbella. The training program, beginning on March 4th, 2014, at 16:30 hrs., will consist of a set of four modules that will continue on April 9, May 6 and June 3 at Les Roches Marbella International School of Hotel Management.
The modules will feature a group of professionals and experts in their respective fields who will demonstrate new and existing tools for implementing improvements in business models that generate commitment, responsibility and challenges in transforming synergies. Intended primarily for managers and executives, the activity will be based predominantly on practical applications with an aim on improving the skills and competencies relating to team management. The series of workshops will also allow attendees to gain knowledge and skills needed to learn to work within the emotional and relational framework of organizations.
The four modules in which the workshop is divided will facilitate learning different areas of coaching. The first, ” Coaching for self-awareness, stress management and time ” will be taught by Leonor Cabrera and Pilar Pineda, licensed in Journalism and members of the company Viventicomunica. Module II, “Communication : meaning, its constituent elements and ways to communicate” will be delivered by Sanjuan Carlos Aguado, consultant, market research, communication, personal and executive coach . Module III : “The relationship is key to the future of your business project ” is to be led by Rafael Bosco, managing partner of Aristeia Coaching and Pilar Malpartida, Associate Director of Picuality Human Resources . The last module, “Leadership to change: creativity applied to the company” will be taught by Jaime Thomas, General Director of Iddconsultoria.
