Ivana Nobilo Executive Academic Dean
Senior executive in private university education with 25+ year overall experience including
entrepreneurship, marketing consulting and executive coaching.
Established and led from ground up campus of Swiss School of Business and Management in Geneva, Switzerland, including online and residential education, developing curricula and teams.
Jon Loiti Academic Dean
Jon joined Les Roches in 2007 and has taught different subjects related to his expertise in HR, Management skills, Strategic Human Resources and Professional Development.
He has a passion for teaching and has helped shape the graduate program portfolio.
Wolf Gerstkamp Senior Lecturer & Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Program
Wolf started teaching at Les Roches in 2010, having also graduated at the school.
Before returning to his alma mater, Wolf gained a combined six years of experience in the hotel industry and educational consulting sector.
In the former, he worked with brands such as Hyatt. He is a regular guest lecturer in Latvia and has participated in several conferences.
Nicholas Thomas Interim Academic Dean
Known for inspiring future industry leaders, Professor Nicholas Thomas is a passionate educator in hospitality and tourism.
Currently serves as Assistant Dean of Academic Programs and, brings deep knowledge and experience to his role.
Professor Thomas earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Hospitality Administration and Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in hospitality education
Ana Rosa González Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Program
As a 2011 graduate of Les Roches Marbella’s postgraduate program, today she is both a Clinical Professor & Undergraduate Program Manager. Ms. Gonzalez is known amongst students and colleagues as a dedicated professional who is passionate about hospitality.
Albian Albrahimi Assistant Dean Programs
An experienced scientific researcher with a focus on banking research, new IFRS standard implementation, hedge accounting, hotel valuation & forecasting, and modelling in the hospitality industry Albian has a strong financial background with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Financial Accounting.
He brings deep expertise in statistical data analysis to his Lecturer role, as well as experience working with large datasets, and an in-depth knowledge of complex concepts underpinning credit risk modeling.
Raúl Castro FHEA, Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs
An experienced academic and hospitality management professional with over 15 years of teaching experience across vocational, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. After beginning his academic career at University College Birmingham (UCB) in the UK, he moved to Spain in 2019, holding academic positions at Endicott International University and Schiller International University.
He currently serves as Assistant Dean and Clinical Professor at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education. As a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, he is committed to excellence in teaching and learning.
