This master of hospitality management program is suited to candidates with or without a Bachelor’s degree, who have acquired relevant professional experience and now wish to supplement this with an accredited graduate qualification.
You begin with a semester focused on core hospitality business content. Upon completion, you will undertake a one-semester specialization, choosing from a range of six professionally-focused topics that allow you to tailor your learning to your future career ambitions. Complete your degree by finetuning your skills with an internship or applied research project (depending on your work experience).

This is our most flexible program, enabling you to pair essential hospitality business learning with insights into one of six specialized topic areas.
Semester 1
Available to study at both our campuses, this first semester comprises topics relating to the business of hospitality, including financial and revenue management, marketing, business modeling, and event management.
Semester 3
At the end of your taught semester, you can choose between a professional internship or applied research project to earn your Master of Advanced Studies.
Internship: your six-month professional internship will place you directly into a hospitality setting, enabling you to put to the test what you learned in the previous semesters. This is our recommended option if you did not have significant hospitality industry experience before joining the program.
Applied Research Project: working with a partner company, you will tackle a real-world business challenge, drawing upon the skills and knowledge you learned in class. This is our recommended option if you already accrued hospitality experience before joining the program.

Business field trip/Immersive experience
Field trip takes place in the first semester, while immersive experience takes place in the second semester of this program. Each involves a careful-curated series of visits to important industry players, giving you the chance to meet and interact with senior management and, in many cases, to see behind the scenes of their operations.
Through these visits you will be able to connect what you learn in class to the strategic and operational realities of doing business in the 21st century, while also growing your industry network.

For example, the MAS in Hospitality Management with Specialization is open to those with or without a Bachelor’s degree, provided non-graduates have relevant professional experience.
For our MBA in Hospitality Management, students must have a degree plus a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, in keeping with the program’s leadership-focused content
