Module 1

This course explores marketing as a strategic business function by explaining how companies analyze and use marketing information.  You’ll look at marketing components such as segmentation, targeting, positioning, designing, pricing, and promoting.

Module 2

Experiential marketing is about engaging customers through all five senses and embracing individuals as highly perceptive human beings. In this course you will learn how every product and service needs to be engaging in experiential marketing.

Module 3

This course provides insights into fashion, covering both its historic development and its contemporary challenges and opportunities. Topics also include production and distribution; plus cultural and other demographic influences that influence fashion marketing.

Module 4

This course will teach you what you need to operate a customer relationship management (CRM) system successfully, covering areas such as data analysis, customer retention, customer lifetime value, customer lifecycle, customer journey, and CRM architecture.

Immersive field visits

Marbella’s status as an international luxury resort puts numerous world renowned brands in our neighborhood.

Your field visits offer a careful-curated series of visits to several of these key industry players.

During these visits, you will meet and interact with senior marketers and management, giving you the opportunity to discover more about marketing in a real-world setting.

Throughout this immersive experience, you will connect what you learn in class to the strategic and operational realities you’ll encounter in your leadership career, while also growing your industry network.

  • TOEFL: Internet-based 80 or paper-based 550
  • First Cambridge Exam: Grade A
  • Cambridge Advanced Exam: Grade C
  • Duolingo 115 with no component under 105
