He currently serves as Office and Events Management & Operations Instructor at the Academy, Zaid guides students to develop the technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in the global hospitality industry.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Applied Science University, strengthening his foundation in hospitality and business education.
