Michael brings more than 10 years of experience in HR and hospitality management; experience he shares as a Professor and corporate trainer. These roles enable him to fulfil his passion for teaching and mentoring, especially to young people seeking to pursue careers in hospitality. 

He also acts as a senior headhunter and candidate advisor who helps individuals to find the best fit for their culture and needs.  

As a Doctor in Tourism, Michael is currently undertaking a Ph.D. in inclusive and sustainable development, focusing on the labor insertion of people with health conditions or impairments into the hospitality industry.  He sees his mission as being to help people find their purpose and create their career paths, while also helping companies to promote diversity and social responsibility in the workplace.
