Originally from Madrid, Luisa has been teaching at Les Roches Marbella since 2006. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the F&B sector, including working with Michel Rostang (2 Michelin stars) in Le Meridien Piccadilly and Meliá Plaza de España.
