Since joining Les Roches Marbella in 2008, Jean-Pierre Gonzalez has been an integral part of our faculty, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students across all of our food and beverage outlets, as well as delivering a wide range of theoretical F&B courses. His professionalism and positive outlook inspire his students, helping them develop the skills and mindset needed for successful careers in hospitality.
With an impressive background in the industry, Mr. Gonzalez has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, including Marriott, Meliá, Starwood, and Hotel Regina Paris Louvre. He began his career in Paris after studying at the renowned École de Haute Cuisine Française Ferrandi, one of the leading Culinary Arts Schools in France. His career has taken him to roles in Paris, England, and Spain, enriching his expertise in international hospitality.
