Born and raised in Spain, Jaime graduated in History and Social Sciences from the University of Jaen (UJA) and the University of the West of England (UWE). His entire career has been dedicated to Education and Training in Hospitality.

Jaime holds a master’s degree in Pedagogy and Education, as well as a master’s degree in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility from the National University of Distance Education (UNED) and the University of Jaime I (UJI) in Castellon.

With more than 25 years of expertise across various hotel departments as a facilitator and trainer, Jaime’s experience has provided him with the opportunity to lead work teams at different levels.His work has also contributed to promoting a much-needed culture of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility within the Tourism Industry. Now, Jaime feels the need to share this knowledge with younger generations. Passion and commitment are two qualities he values most.
