Gilda graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Les Roches, having studied at both Marbella and Crans-Montana campuses. She started as a teacher and supervisor in the on-campus F&B outlet in 2001. Since then, she has been responsible for teaching a number of different Bachelor’s, Postgraduate and Master’s subjects related to the F&B field.
