Della has been a lecturer at Les Roches for the past 12 years, focussing on Communication skills and Conflict & Negotiation.

Born in the north of England, she then lived in a few different countries, including the USA, Japan, France and now Switzerland.

She is fascinated by how people interact with each other and how we can use our prowess in communication to achieve beneficial outcomes for all involved in any situation.
