Hospitality professional and educator with over 30 years of international experience in the luxury hospitality segment, gained across Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Latvia, and Switzerland. His career spans prestigious global brands and institutions including Kempinski, Relais & Châteaux, Leading Hotels of the World, The Waterside Inn by Michel Roux (3 Michelin Stars), and several private 5-star hotel companies.

 

He holds a solid and multidisciplinary academic background, having graduated from a hospitality school in Italy, obtained a Swiss Federal Diploma of Sommelier and earned a Master’s Degree in Food & Beverage Management from a business university in Rome. His education is further complemented by a Diploma in Project Management (Switzerland) and a completed professional certification in Restaurant Revenue Management, strengthening his expertise at the intersection of operations, strategy, and financial performance.

 

Vincenzo combines deep wine expertise with advanced Food & Beverage leadership, revenue optimization, and operational excellence. Alongside his academic role, he is active as a Wine and F&B Management Consultant, supporting luxury hospitality businesses in performance improvement and concept development.

 

He also serves as a Board Member of the Swiss Sommelier Association, where he holds the position of Director of Professional Education, contributing to the advancement of professional standards and training within the industry.
