Stefania Escobar is a lecturer at Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches. Born in Argentina and raised in Italy, Stefania fully embraced multiculturality which remains a core of her teaching philosophy.
She is an academic researcher and consultant in tourism and hospitality,
Stefania holds a PhD in Management and Economics from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano in Italy and a Master’s degree from the prestigious European Master in Tourism Management Erasmus Mundus Consortium.
