Nina brings two decades of international human resources, leadership development and change management practice into the classroom. She has led HR transformation and leader-led change across matrix, multicultural organisations at Unilever, Philips, CME Media, Credit Suisse and ABB, working on a country level, regional, as well as global. As an independent HR strategist she advised CEOs, general managers and HR leaders on strategy, culture and people processes, and delivered leadership workshops and group coaching for organisations across various industries.

At Les Roches she teaches across the undergraduate, graduate and Executive MBA programs in leadership, people management and human resources, and change management. A psychologist by training, a Prosci certified change practitioner and an ICF certified coach, she also mentors applied research projects and coaches students and executive participants on their own leadership development.

She is particularly interested in how organisations sustain change once the project has closed, and in how future hospitality leaders build the self-awareness that difficult decisions require.
