Michel Grand is a Swiss hospitality executive, entrepreneur and educator with more than 25 years of international experience across hotels, resorts, airline catering, F&B, retail and business transformation.
He has held senior operational roles with Gate Gourmet and leading hospitality brands including Sofitel, Hilton and Sheraton, managing complex operations, multicultural teams and P&L responsibility.
An EHL graduate and MBA from the International University of Monaco, Michel also brings extensive entrepreneurial and consulting experience. Alongside industry leadership, he has taught hospitality, entrepreneurship, luxury, real estate and career management.
