Marija Nemec is a leadership educator, executive coach, and communication specialist with extensive experience in higher education and corporate training.
She is the Leadership Pathway Coordinator and Lecturer at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, where she designs and delivers leadership development programs for emerging and experienced professionals.
Alongside her academic role, Marija runs her own leadership and communication consultancy, delivering internationally certified training in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Process Communication Model (PCM), leadership, coaching, and business communication to both corporate and individual clients.
Passionate about developing people, she combines internationally recognized methodologies with practical experience to help individuals and teams lead with confidence and purpose.
