I am originally from Marbella, Spain, and studied Hospitality Management at Les Roches Bluche, followed by culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu.
Throughout my career, I have worked with international companies such as Hilton, W, Rosewood and Eric Kayser, while also owning and operating my own restaurants.
As a hospitality consultant, I have led the opening of more than 35 restaurants across different concepts and markets.
My international experience includes projects in Tanzania, Nicaragua, Cambodia, England, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece, Singapore, Thailand, and Mexico. I am passionate about sharing practical, real-world industry knowledge with the next generation of hospitality professionals.
