The dynamic and rapidly evolving global live events industry offers exceptional career opportunities across entertainment, luxury experiences, media and brand experiences. This Master’s takes you beyond the event itself to explore the business,
creative and operational dimensions of live experiences, from event production, safety and commercial strategy to experience design, media production, broadcast and streaming

Across two campuses, you will develop the skills to plan, produce and commercialize live experiences while understanding the role of technology and sustainability in shaping the future of the industry. With a focus on live music and festivals, luxury social and celebration events, and entertainment and brand experiences, you will graduate with the commercial expertise, creative perspective and cross-cultural leadership skills needed to build and deliver compelling experiences on the global stage.

Academic content

Across three semesters, you will develop your expertise from the foundations of entertainment and live events to creative and brand strategy, before applying your knowledge through a professional internship or Master’s thesis.

The curriculum includes:

Semester 1 – Industry Foundations & Live Operations

Build a strong foundation in the entertainment and live events industry, exploring operations,
safety and risk management, revenue and sponsorship strategies, and experience design.
You will also explore broadcast, streaming and content monetization while developing
the research skills needed to understand this fast-moving industry

Semester 2 – Creative & Brand Strategy

Develop your creative and strategic expertise through luxury and celebration event design,
entertainment and media production, brand experience and immersive entertainment marketing..
You will also explore creative management, global talent and stakeholder management,
putting your knowledge into practice through an applied consulting project.

Final semester Internship or Master’s thesis

Put your knowledge into practice through a professional internship in Entertainment and Events Management, gaining valuable industry experience,
or undertake a Master’s thesis to explore a subject in greater depth and apply your learning to a real-world context.

Internship

Your 20-week professional internship will take you inside the entertainment and events industry, giving you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across live entertainment, events, media and brand experiences, while exploring roles aligned with your career ambitions.

In addition to this valuable professional experience, you will reflect on your internship and the competencies you have developed throughout your Master’s, strengthening your self-awareness and professional development.
