Ralf Schapmann is a dedicated culinary professional with over 15 years of experience at Les Roches Marbella, where he currently serves as Sous Chef & Chef-Instructor. Before joining Les Roches, he built a strong international foundation working in restaurants and hotels across multiple countries, bringing a broad and diverse perspective to his teaching.
He particularly values the constant new challenges his role brings, ensuring that no two days are alike.
His passion, experience, and commitment make him a cornerstone of the Les Roches culinary faculty.
