Born in Argentina, Lucio discovered his passion for the hospitality industry soon. Two years before finishing his degree in Hospitality Management, he began his path in Four Seasons. He polished and improve his skills with Hyatt, in addition to provide him the opportunity to work in different departments as well as being part of several programs of training and development.

Once in Spain, he continued his career in Spanish hotels chains such as Meliá and Hoteles Santos before taking up his position of BBA1 Program Coordinator & Rooms Division and Human Resources Lecturer at Les Roches Marbella.
