Bringing over a decade of hospitality industry experience to his role as Practical Arts Tutor for Semester 1 of the Bachelor’s in Global Hospitality Management, Thomas is passionate about Food and Beverage excellence.

He has held multiple leadership roles in the sector, including his most recent as Director of Food and Beverage in charge of the opening of Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Warsaw, Poland.
