Bio

Ruth has worked for Les Roches since 2006 teaching several Arts and Humanities electives and more recently, Organisational Behavior, Change Management, and Talent Management. In addition, she oversees quality assurance and academic development.

With a background in Arts Education and Events management in the UK, she worked for the Theatre Royal in Newcastle on collaborative projects with companies such as the Royal Shakespeare Company, The National Theatre, Scottish Opera and English Heritage.

Ruth’s research interests include professional identity and innovation in higher education. She is President of the Swiss Faculty Development Network, and also serves as Vice President of a Swiss arts foundation: Sion Violon Musique.
