A professional Chef, Miguel is a pastry and bakery instructor for BBA 1 students. Prior to joining Les Roches in 2014, he worked in haute cuisine for Ritz Carlton, Regent, Kempinski and Intercontinental Hotels, as well as in Guadalpin and Las Dunas Hotels.
