Bourse d’Evian des Jeunes Talents 2010

The competition “Bourse d’Evian des Jeunes Talents” is sponsored by Evian water to promote creativity among Switzerland’s talented future hoteliers. Students are rewarded for innovative projects designed for the future of the hospitality industry. Each year, eight Swiss hotel management schools compete at national level and present their projects to a jury of hospitality industry experts.

 

In 2010, our students Ekaterina Cheina and Dimitri Klyuev, from the Postgraduate Diploma Program, were rewarded with the 2nd prize for their innovative project “Pure Senses Restaurant”. The concept uses 3D, and in the future 4D, entertainment to allow customers to experience a virtual fishing or hunting trip followed by the enjoyment of eating their ‘catch’ or ‘bag’.
