The Les Roches Andalusian Gastronomy Summer Program is designed to offer participants a truly culinary experience in a modern campus with purpose built facilities in a relaxed and popular summer holiday destination – Marbella (Spain).

 

Visit the most incredible spots, the most renowned wineries of the region (red/white ,“finos” - sherry wine, and “moscatel” sweet wines), and the peculiar elaboration process of the local Spanish beer and olive oil. Travel through the white villages, historical monuments and taste the regional gastronomy, live its flamenco, its people, its traditions……Travel, learn and enjoy the summer with us!
